An abridged invitation is published in selected Swiss daily newspapers at least 20 days prior to the general meeting of shareholders.
The full invitation is published in SHAB (Schweizerisches Handelsamtsblatt) and on this site at least 20 days prior to the general meeting of shareholders.
Documents for the general meeting are available for a period of 20 days prior to the general meeting of shareholders for consultation by shareholders at the head office in Gränichen, Switzerland. Shareholders may also ask for copies of these documents to be sent out.
We would draw your attention to shareholders' right to place items on the agenda in accordance with Art. 699 Para. 3 of the Swiss Code of Obligations and the provisions in the articles of association.
Last annual general meeting
The last general meeting took place on 20 May 2011 in Suhr, Switzerland. It was attended by 233 shareholders.
