Consolidation Matrix
The consolidated financial statements include all domestic and foreign companies in which Zehnder Group AG directly or indirectly holds more than 50 percent of the voting rights. Assets and liabilities as well as revenues and expenses are included to 100 percent in accordance with the full consolidation method.
Minority interest in equity and in net income of fully consolidated companies is recognized separately under the corresponding items.
