The full invitation is published in SHAB (Schweizerisches Handelsamtsblatt) and on this site at least 20 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
Documents for the Annual General Meeting are available for a period of 20 days prior to the Annual General Meeting for consultation by shareholders at the head office in Graenichen, Switzerland. Registered shareholders will automatically receive the invitation to the Annual General Meeting together with the agenda.
We would draw your attention to shareholders' right to place items on the agenda in accordance with Art. 12 of the Articles of Association.
