The rules governing disclosure of shareholdings in listed companies are laid down in the Stock Exchange Act (SESTA) and the Securities Ordinance of the Banking Commission (SESTO-SFBC). Based on these rules, the company published the following announcements in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce – SOGC (Schweizerisches Handelsamtsblatt – SHAB).
