Next annual general meeting

An abridged invitation is published in selected Swiss daily newspapers at least 20 days before the annual general meeting.
The full invitation is published in the SHAB (Schweizerisches Handelsamtsblatt) and on this page at least 20 days before the annual general meeting.

Documentation on the annual general meeting can be studied at the company's headquarters in Gränichen over a period of 20 days before the annual general meeting. Shareholder may also ask to have this documentation mailed to them.

To exercise their right to add a subject for discussion to the agenda, may we refer shareholders to art. 699 par. 3 of the Swiss Code of Obligations and to the regulations set out in the articles of incorporation.
