Corporate governance

The SWX directive on information relating to corporate governance (DCG) has been in force since July 1, 2002. This directive requires certain key information on corporate governance to be made available to investors in an appropriate and easily accessible form.

The directive requires information on nine subject areas. The full wording of the directive is available on the SWX Swiss Exchange website under issuers.

We would like to point out that, on the basis of the comply-or-explain principle, Zehnder Group only discloses the information required in the directive that is in fact relevant to the company.
