Gränichen/Switzerland, 1 June 2018 – The Zehnder Group (SIX: ZEHN), an international leader in the provision of complete solutions for a healthy indoor climate, has acquired InteliVENT OÜ (headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia) with retroactive effect as of 1 January 2018. This move is set to see the Group reinforce its market position in the Baltic states.
With retroactive effect from 1 January 2018, the Zehnder Group has acquired 100% of the shares in InteliVENT OÜ, which is headquartered in Tallinn (Estonia). InteliVENT OÜ was founded in 2010 and specialises in the planning, installation and sales of heating, indoor climate and energy solutions. InteliVENT OÜ has been a customer of the Zehnder Group since 2012 and sells the Group’s products almost exclusively. With this acquisition, the Zehnder Group plans to enhance its market position within the Baltic states of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The ten employees – including the Managing Director – are also making the transition and InteliVENT OÜ will be known as Zehnder Baltics Ltd going forward.
