Gränichen/Switzerland, 5 February 2018 – Following in-depth discussions about strategy implementation at Zehnder (SIX: ZEHN), CEO Dominik Berchtold has decided to continue his career outside the group.
Zehnder Group’s Board of Directors has therefore agreed with Dominik Berchtold to end his current employment contract. The Board would like to thank Dominik Berchtold for his valuable contribution to the company’s development.
To avoid any confusion about management arrangements, Hans-Peter Zehnder, Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors, is taking over operational management of the group on an interim basis and with immediate effect. The Board of Directors will initiate the succession process immediately and believe this will be successfully concluded by no later than the end of this year. After that, Hans-Peter Zehnder will once again focus exclusively on his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
