The full end-of-year financial statements will be published on 27 February 2019.

Gränichen/Switzerland, 27 September 2018 – The Zehnder Group (SIX: ZEHN), a leading international provider of complete solutions for a healthy indoor climate, is celebrating the official launch of its new factory in Manisa (TR) today. The company has also just given the green light for yet another major investment project: the construction of a “Center of Climate” at its Lahr site (DE). The modern building will comprise training rooms, a showroom and office spaces, and is set to open in spring 2021.

Gränichen/Switzerland, 24 September 2018 – The Board of Directors of the Zehnder Group (SIX: ZEHN), a leading international provider of complete solutions for a healthy indoor climate, has appointed Matthias Huenerwadel as the new CEO. He will join the company on 12 November 2018 and will succeed Hans-Peter Zehnder as of 1 January 2019. Hans-Peter Zehnder, who has been acting as interim CEO alongside his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors since February 2018, will then return to focusing on the role of Chairman.

Gränichen/Switzerland, 27 July 2018 – In the first half of 2018, the Zehnder Group (SIX: ZEHN), a leading international provider of complete solutions for a healthy indoor climate, increased its sales by 4 % to EUR 290.6 million, with the operating result (EBIT) more than doubling from EUR 5.6 million over the same period last year to EUR 14.1 million. Net profit improved significantly, rising from EUR 1.6 million to EUR 10.6 million.

Gränichen/Switzerland, 17 July 2018 – The Zehnder Group (SIX: ZEHN), an international leader in the provision of complete solutions for a healthy indoor climate, will be taking over the Finnish ventilation company Enervent, based in Porvoo, as of 1 September 2018. This step will help the Zehnder Group to expand its market position in the Nordic countries.

Gränichen/Switzerland, 10 July 2018 – The Zehnder Group (SIX: ZEHN), a leading international provider of complete solutions for a healthy indoor climate, has completed the consultation procedure which was initiated in conjunction with the relocation of some of its production facilities from Switzerland to France. As a result of the consultation, 35 jobs will be cut at the Gränichen site. The partial relocation of production will optimise cost structures and the unsatisfactory utilisation of radiator production facilities in Europe.
